Gregory Bodell, founder of Artistic Landscape Solutions has built over 28 years of industry experience, and is a credited licensed contractor. As an active ambassador of the Chandler Chamber of Commerce and native of the valley, he's passionate to go above and beyond to take care of his clients and peers and give back to the community, and local business.

Services & How We Work
Artistic Landscape Solutions is a full-service landscape design and build company dedicated to crafting beautiful and functional outdoor spaces that meet clients’ aesthetic and practical needs. We are committed to excellence and take pride in creating outdoor spaces of the highest quality. Whether you want to spruce up your backyard, add curb appeal to your home, or create a unique outdoor gathering area, we can help you find the perfect solution.
Scheduling a consultation is simple! Then let us do what we do best, design and build!
- Step 1. Give us a call or send us a message, we will schedule your FREE consultation and show up on time and ready to get things started.
- Step 2. During our first meet we will discuss what you are looking to accomplish, gather your thoughts, ideas, and budget, ask questions to better know you and the details that matter most to start designing your new space.
- Step 3. We will take a lot of notes throughout our meet, along with photos of your current property. Take those to back to our office and start the design process with our 3D rendering program. Using notes, photos, information gathered and the many years of experience your project will start taking shape.
- Step 4. Once your design is complete, we will schedule a second meet. Where we will sit down and go through your design, making any changes you may want. After all it is your design and your new yard. We want to make sure it's perfect!
- Step 5. After finalizing the design, we will put together a full detailed estimate that reflects the design and come back to meet with you to discuss and adjust anything needed.

We Offer 3D Renderings
A Warranty You Can Count On
Pavers: 2 year warranty on material & workmanship.
Irrigation: 1 year warranty on material & workmanship.
Plants: 3 month warranty from completion of planting on material & workmanship. Ocotillos will not be warrantied under any circumstance.
Trees: 3 month warranty from completion of planting on material & workmanship.
Sod: 3 month warranty from completion of install on material & workmanship.
Artificial Turf/Putting Greens: 10-15 year manufacture warranty & 1 year warranty on workmanship.
Hardscapes: 2 year warranty on material & workmanship (masonry, fire pits, bench seats, etc.).
Cement: 1 year warranty on material & workmanship.
Curbing: 3 month warranty on material & workmanship.
Lighting: Is guaranteed to work upon completion of job and warrantied for 1 year upon completion of project. No further warranty will be extended on lighting we do not recommend, purchase, or install.
Water Features: 1 year warranty on material and workmanship.

All parts: are guaranteed for 1 year under normal circumstances. Warranty will be void due to carelessness of anyone in or around product, or any act of God.
All plants, trees, and palms: are guaranteed for 3 months from planting completion date (except the 1 gallon plants).
Replacement is delayed when temperatures exceed 100° or more until cooler temperatures set in. Ocotillos are not warrantied under any circumstance. Warranty shall become void under the following conditions:
• Clock for irrigation to plants has been reset by anyone other than Artistic Landscape Solutions and employees.
• Plants have been over or under watered.
• Carelessness of anyone in or around plants, or any Act of God. “Act of God” includes frost, extreme
heat, storms, flooding, and insect infestation.
(Artistic Landscape Solutions will comply with HOA if applicable.)
There are no other warranties made by the contractor, whether expressed or implied, other than what’s specified in this contract herein. Furthermore, the owner expressly waives any implied warranties on any of the materials delivered by the contractor, and further, specifically agrees that the contractor shall not be responsible for any action or claim for damages allegedly arising out of any such hidden defects and/or under Arizona law.
